Depression Glass
Tulip Turquoise
Tulip was made by the Dell Glass Co. from the late 1930s to the late
1940s. We're not sure that this pitcher is actually the Tulip pattern
that was made by Dell. We've never seen another piece - only photos.
In those photos it appears that there is stippling in the glass in between
the flowers. This piece has no stippling. However the color is
definitely correct as is the shape of the tulips. Since we're not
really sure if this is Dell's Tulip pattern we really don't have any other
information. If anyone out there does have info we'd love to hear from
you. (We are sorry but we cannot email photos of each and every piece of glass for sale.
If you need to see a picture of an item to know what it looks like we highly
recommend The Collector's Encyclopedia of Depression Glass by Gene Florence.)
