Depression Glass
Mayfair Blue
aka Open Rose
Mayfair, also known as Open Rose, was made by Hocking
Glass from 1931 to 1937. It has lots of different pieces and comes in pink, blue,
green, yellow and crystal. The green and yellow can be very hard to find.
There are some pieces in all the colors that are very rare. The blue is a very
pretty light blue. Once you've seen it you'll recognize it again. (We are
sorry but we cannot email photos of each and every piece of glass for sale. If you
need to see a picture of an item to know what it looks like we highly recommend The
Collector's Encyclopedia of Depression Glass by Gene Florence.)
