Elegant Glass
Harding

The name "Harding" refers to the etched pattern in this glass.  It was made by Central Glass c. 1920, and it was named "Harding" because President and Mrs. Harding chose a set of this dragon design (I personally think it looks more like a "griffon") for the White House.  The set for the White House was etched with gold.  It wasn't made in a lot of pieces other than the basic bowls, plates, cups/saucers, goblets and tumblers.  There were a few serving pieces made but not very many.  It's definitely not a pattern you see often.
