Depression Glass
Floral Green

Floral, also known as Poinsettia, was made by Jeannette Glass Co. from 1931 to 1935.  It can be found primarily in green and pink but was also made in delphite, jadite, crystal, amber, red, black, custard and yellow.  It comes in a complete line and most of the pieces in pink and green are fairly easy to find.   There were only a handful of pieces made in the delphite and one or two in jadeite.   The other colors are rarities.  There were more pieces made in green than in pink and it seems to be that the pieces made only in green are the rare ones.  They are the cream soup, ice tub, dresser set, 9" comport, all vases, flower frog for the the vase and the grill plate.  (We are sorry but we cannot email photos of each and every piece of glass for sale.  If you need to see a picture of an item to know what it looks like we highly recommend The Collector's Encyclopedia of Depression Glass by Gene Florence.)
