Depression Glass
Cupid Pink
Cupid by Paden City is NOT an easy pattern to
find. Because of that it tends to be pricey. We think it's worth it. It
and Cupid & Wild Rose are two of the prettiest patterns we've seen. Cupid was
made in the mid 1930's. The only plate is 10-1/2"" in diameter.
There are cups and saucers but no tumblers so if you're looking to complete a full dinner
service don't choose this pattern. For occasional pieces and decoration it's
wonderful. Cupid was made primarily in pink and green but on rare occasion it can
be found in light blue, bright blue, bright yellow, black, amber and crystal. (We
are sorry but we cannot email photos of each and every piece of glass for sale. If
you need to see a picture of an item to know what it looks like we highly recommend The
Collector's Encyclopedia of Depression Glass by Gene Florence.)
