Elegant Glass
American

American, made by Fostoria, is probably one of the most well-known of all the elegant glass patterns.  It's been manufactured almost continuously since 1915.  It was made primarily in crystal.  All pieces listed here are crystal.  There were hundreds of different pieces made some of which are quite rare such as the 2-drawer jewel box, the crushed fruit dish, flower pot and hotel washbowl and pitcher.
