Depression Glass
Addie Red
Addie, also known as "12 Point" was
manufactured by the New Martinsville Glass Co. around 1930. It was made in cobalt
blue, red, black and jade green satin. There were not too many pieces made but you
can assemble a luncheon set with serving pieces. None of the pieces are priced very
high so a luncheon set for 8 or even 12 shouldn't break the bank. The colors, as
with all New Martinsville colors, are vibrant. (We are sorry but we cannot email
photos of each and every piece of glass for sale. If you need to see a picture of an
item to know what it looks like we highly recommend The Collector's Encyclopedia of
Depression Glass by Gene Florence.)
